Walking distance to Rough Cut Brewery!
Our 1976 Argosy sits along a tree line by the horse barn on our 72 acre retreat. Minutes to Minnewaska, Gunks climbing/ hiking &Lipman Park mtn. biking trails. WALKING distance to Rough Cut Brewery! The two single beds are comfy, and the couch pulls out for a double sleeper. NO RUNNING WATER! There is a simple toilet and rain barrel nearby for hand washing. Groovy setting with hammock and good vibes:)
