It has a sun room, eat in kitchen, bathroom, living room (which also acts as a bedroom with a fold out full sized futon) and bedroom with a full bed. There is a nice outdoor space with chairs and a view down to the lake as well as a charcoal BBQ grill. There are three separate units in a large house, each is self contained and this entrance is not near the others.
